CT focus on helping you change your thinking so that you can maintain lifelong changes in your behavior.

EAT: You will learn nutritional strategies that are sustainable and enjoyable. You can not out exercise a bad diet. I have done my share of emotional eating and mindless dining so I understand your struggles.
TRAINING: I will give you a training program that fits your lifestyle and supports your goals. We will work with whatever equipment you have available as well as time constraints and limitations.
BE MINDFUL: You must learn a new way to think before you can master a new way to BE. Fitness is NOT just nutrition and exercise. True strength and health lie in the mind. How we think is an integral component to achieving lasting results. Together I will help you change your thinking into thoughts that work for you NOT against you.
